These terms apply when you use Twosome, an iPhone app made by Adrian Viziteu (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Twosome, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Twosome is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. If the two disagree, Apple's agreement wins.
Using Twosome
- You need to be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to make purchases if you buy Twosome Plus.
- Twosome is for two people in a relationship who both agree to use it together. Only invite someone who wants to join you.
- You need an Apple ID signed in to iCloud for syncing between your phones.
Your content
Everything you add to Twosome (answers, moods, notes, photos, doodles and links) belongs to you. It's stored on your devices and in iCloud, and shared with your partner. We don't claim any rights to it.
You're responsible for what you add. Please don't use Twosome to share anything illegal, to harass someone, or to share someone else's content without permission.
Twosome Plus
Twosome is free to use. Twosome Plus adds more and is sold through the App Store:
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase. It doesn't renew.
- Monthly is a subscription. It's charged to your Apple ID when you confirm, and renews every month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
- One purchase unlocks Plus for both of you. If the purchase is refunded or a subscription ends, Plus ends for both of you.
- Prices may differ by country and are shown in the App Store before you buy.
- Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Changes and availability
We work to keep Twosome running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We may change, add or remove features over time. If we remove something you paid for, we'll do our best to give you something of equal value.
No warranty
Twosome is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we don't give any warranties beyond those in Apple's license agreement. Please keep copies of anything important to you.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Twosome. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using Twosome at any time by deleting the app. To delete your data too, see the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update them here and change the date at the top. Continuing to use Twosome after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without affecting the consumer protection rights you have where you live.
